A study that looked at incidents of hiring biases that penalized women in job interviews is the subject of this feature I produced for CBC radio.  I brought the study alive through the recreation of interview questions and answers featured within mock interviews that the researchers conducted.

This was a fun way to engage an audience about the subtle biases at play in one of the most important exchanges in our career tracks: the job interview.

I like to use this as an example of how to bring academic research alive through creative storytelling techniques.
