Over the course of a year,  psychiatrist Anthony Feinstein profiled 12 war photographers responsible for some of the most iconic images of conflict over the last six decades.  Their images, and his profiles, appeared in the Globe and Mail throughout 2015 and 2016.

I was commissioned by series editor Michael Snider to create a 45-minute audio documentary that explored the effect on the lives of these individuals of being a witness to such devastation.

Working with more than 16 hours of audio,  I identified major themes that surfaced in these intimate conversations, and wove a narrative that included moments of incredible human bravery as well as misery.
